Testimonials
I would like to endorse Danny Sculthorpe and Phil Veivers for their recent programme on SRP on Sellafield. With such a well manned big project I honestly felt being a MHFA was overwhelming and becoming a full time job in itself and I had a constant fear that I may miss the signs of somebody needing help or at the very least signposting.
Since these two fellas have started landing regularly on site I am now simply only approached to to be asked "When's Danny and Phil next in I could do with a crack with them" To me this is a testament to the work they are doing. True gentleman who just simply get it because they have been there and I feel more at ease when they are around. Keep up the amazing work lads true inspiration for the many not the few 👍

Both Phil and Danny were excellent presenters and the guys hit all the prominent points that I wanted them to.
The message was very clear, they emphasised the importance of men talking and breaking the stigma which was vital to the rest of the talk.
The teams that attended were captivated by Phil and Danny’s story great communication between both presenters made the event very enjoyable.

In the short time Phil and Danny have spent on site we have witnessed a delineated change on how our work workforce perceive mental health. We gauge the success of such initiatives from feedback from several engagement sessions we have with the workforce including, apprentices, supervisors, tradesmen, Senior Management and H&S union representatives. The feedback has been unanimously positive. We have received feedback stating that Phil and Danny’s interventions have been lifechanging, relentless in their approach to caring for those they encounter.
Our expectations were met in the first few weeks on being on the project and over time they become a vital part of the management team. We now engage with Phil and Danny to support us on future strategic wellbeing themes. The last theme was a pre-Christmas break theme that promoted positive habits within the domestic domain that were known to have negative consequences post-Christmas.
Phil and Danny’s influence has gained notoriety through the bigger capital works programme at Sellafield with demand for their time increasing. This can only be attributable to Phil and Danny’s genuine intent to care, persistence, patience, and sincerity with those they support.
We will continue to employ Phil and Danny across our business as they represent our value of Protecting People. We also believe that mental health in our various industries is a shared responsibility and as such knowing the positive impact Phil and Danny has had, can only recommend them with the highest respect to all prospective Clients.

"The construction industry is typically a male dominant environment that is low help seeking, yet, Danny and Phil have utilised their experience as professional sportsmen to encourage the workforce to talk about mental health. These gentlemen are relatable, approachable, and professional and I would highly recommend any organisation to invite them in for a chat; it is potent!"
