Tim is considered a world authority on the subject of human error and organisational culture and has given key note talks around the world - including Africa, New Zealand, The Far East and the Middle East as well as through-out Europe and the USA. He was the closing key note at the first ever Campbell Institute Thought Leadership conference in Dallas, Texas in 2015 and has published several best selling books. In recent years Tim has returned to where he first started – mental health at work. (His first job in the early 1990s looking at suicide in young army recruits).
