Gails shoes… what can you say, everyone was shocked when she walked in the room. One of the guys even thought that she had come straight from one of the other guys room. Emma came across really well and again everyone was drawn into her story, especially when they realized it was based around a workplace accident and what the affects it can have on any couple or family.
Emma was great at getting all the people in the room talking and even a little role play about a movie scenario based around an accident. Some of the Managers are normally quite at our meetings but one thing that I noticed, they didn’t mind sharing stories and discussing it further with Emma.
The afternoon was a great success and the feedback from all the Managers was fantastic.
