Jason Anker MBE

Jason delivered his new presentation in a thought provoking and meaningful way which left a visible impact on the audience.

Many colleagues commented that they went into the session not knowing what to expect but came out with a real sense of understanding as to what impact our lives outside of the workplace, can have on our decision-making processes. Delivering the presentation from a lived perspective is really powerful and this, along with some light humour, instantly helped connect the room.

Highly recommended.

I think everyone here today will take something from this. I certainly will be changing some of my behaviours especially around the fear factor.

I will focus on gratitude and make sure that I wake up every morning being grateful for what I've got and who I've got and just my general outlook on life. I am going to work on my thought processes and try to control/work on my fears and to make sure i always look at the positives in life.

Thank you Jason.

The team thought you are a very inspirational person, confident and what you presented was very relatable, your framework was simple to follow and easy to remember and timing overall was about right.  Really liked the analogy of the Shawshank redemption and the start/music at the beginning of the presentation, they loved your honesty about your depression and life experience and thought you were very brave. This engaged the audience very quickly as it is powerful and emotional. They liked the piece on making others aware of our anxiety and I particularly took away about not changing other people ( as I can struggle with that!!).

We loved the Mental Wealth!!!! We are going to start using that.
