8:30 AM — Opening & Setting the Scene
A senior leader from your organisation welcomes the group and sets the tone for the day ahead.

Dr Tim Marsh introduces the day’s themes and objectives.

9:00 AM — Interactive Role Play
Actors (or alternative performers) introduce two characters, sparking initial engagement and discussion.

9:30 AM — Inspirational Presentation
A motivational speaker shares insights to energise and inspire leadership behaviours.

10:30 AM — Break (15 minutes)
10:45 AM — Interactive Actor Session
An engaging “Stop / Start” role-play where the audience directs the story toward positive outcomes.
